Pictures by Janis

Photography has been a passion of mine for many years. In 2001, Pictures by Janis emerged as a means to share my art with others. My primary specialty is the casual portraiture of children and newborn babies. This is often accomplished in the client's home where the children are most comfortable. In addition, I also encourage clients to consider on-location and outdoor portrait settings in order to capture the family against a backdrop that truly reflects their personality. As a photographer, I have also spent a great deal of time capturing special events and weddings on film.
